Wow that's neat. First of all I love the composition. It's not exactly on the 3rds, but it's close enough to provide a dynamic flow to the image. Secondly, I love the color. Blue is very moody, more-so than most colors for me. It can be cool and relaxing, or perhaps cold and depressing ... it can go many ways actually

One tiny suggestion with regard to noise. In this image I find it a tad distracting. Perhaps grab the demo of NeatImage, read the help file, and give it a whirl. It IS the best at cleaning up noise without losing ANY detail.

I love how soft and cool the blue makes this look.
